Cemvision delivers near-zero cement for large scale industrial floor project

Together with flooring specialist Linotol and real estate company Stendörren, a 1 000 m² industrial slab floor has been cast with Cemvision's near-zero-cement product Re-ment Massive, proving its suitability for large-scale logistics and data center construction. This is yet another milestone for Cemvision, marking its largest industrial real-world commercial project to date.

The casting was completed north of Stockholm in late 2025 in collaboration with Stendörren, Linotol, and Norra Stockholm Bygg. The concrete performed in line with conventional alternatives and was placed using standard equipment, workflows, and casting methods. This further underwrites that Cemvision's near-zero cement can be deployed in demanding industrial environments without compromising workability, strength, or build quality.

"This project is a significant milestone for Cemvision and adds another strong proof point to our growing book of successful projects," says Oscar Hållén, CEO of Cemvision. "We are proud to be working alongside such forward-leaning companies, and to show that the future of cement is already here, ready for market-scale deployment."

Linotol is a leading provider of industrial floors and serves real estate developers across Sweden with high-quality concrete floors.

“There is growing demand among our customers to reduce climate impact without introducing additional technical risk,” says Wiktor Holstenson, Deputy CEO at Linotol. “In this project, Cemvision’s Re-ment Massive was used within established workflows and performed as expected for a large-scale industrial floor.”

StendörrenFastigheter AB (publ) is an expansive property company specializing in warehouses, logistics, and light-industry buildings in Nordic growth regions. The casting was done at one of their new projects in Upplands Bro, just outside Stockholm.

"We aim to drive the transition towards more climate-smart construction and are excited to be among the first to deliver a large-scale industrial project using Cemvision's products.  Sustainability isa significant part of Stendörren’s strategy, and in all our projects, we implement materials with high environmental performance," says Linda Schuur, Head of Sustainability at Stendörren.

Industrial flooring is a core component in logistics hubs, warehouses, and data centers, sectors experiencing rapid growth driven by digitalization, electrification, and AI-led infrastructure expansion across Europe and globally. By demonstrating that its near-zero cement performs reliably in large-scale industrial floors, Cemvision shows how its technology can support the next wave of low-carbon construction in these fast-growing asset classes.

The successful large-scale casting follows recent milestones for Cemvision, including the signing of a commercial agreement with Vattenfall to supply near-zero-carbon cement.
