Project Procurement Lead

Cemvision is expanding, and we are now looking for an experienced and driven Project Procurement Lead to join our team. This is a key role in enabling our growth, including the construction of greenfield grinding stations, integrated cement plants, and distribution terminals.

We are a small and agile team working on a big mission, and we are looking for someone who is commercially minded, self-motivated, and ready to take full ownership of the procurement function. You enjoy working independently, while also being a collaborative team player.

As part of the expansion team, you will work closely with our engineering and project control teams to align procurement schedules and coordinate with contractors during the construction phase.

What you'll do

• Develop and implement procurement strategies for equipment, materials, and services in an international environment

• Manage procurement of equipment for production facilities and large-scale projects with a hands-on approach

• Ensure timely follow-up, on-time delivery, and compliance with contract terms

• Prepare RFIs and RFQs, negotiate and select vendors, and manage contract closure

• Collaborate cross-functionally to align procurement activities with project timelines and supplier deliverables

What you'll bring

• Commercial mindset and strong sense of ownership

• Proven ability to work independently and drive processes forward

• Excellent coordination and communication skills

• Knowledge of/experience with the cement industry is a bonus

You will report to either the Project Manager Expansion or the Chief Expansion Officer. Early start date is an advantage.
