Cemvision is expanding the team with a Technical Sales Accountable to manage the implementation of ultra-low carbon cement in the Nordics

We’re producing and marketing our ultra-low carbon cement formulations, Rement Massive and Rapid, with selected partners and customers in the Nordics. 


About the role

As a Technical Sales Representative at Cemvision, you'll be crucial in implementing and managing our on-site activities with customers wanting to test and implement our cements in concrete applications. You manage customer interactions and act as the interface between Cemvision’s production, marketing, R&D, and business teams. Your work will directly impact our ability to formulate, select, and market our cements. As such, you need to deeply understand the customer's needs and the market fit for Cemvision products at the concrete production level. You will report to our CCO and be a key team member of a growing team.


Core responsibilities: 

  • Identify and manage pilot and demo activities with key customers, primarily in Sweden and the Nordics. 

  • Hands-on, on-site customer support (for which experience from concrete production is valuable).

  • Be the voice of the customer and coordinate with sales, R&D, production, and marketing. 

  • Present and explain Cemvision products to customers and at events.

  • Target-driven sales with good skills in documenting and following set KPIs.


What do you need to succeed?

To be successful, you should have a ‘no-problem-too-big’ attitude and be highly resourceful. This means a lot of drive, an analytical mindset, and being motivated by collaborating with others and getting things done. You need hands-on experience with concrete technology and applications.

We also think you have the following: 

  • Passion for sustainability and green technologies.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and entrepreneurial environment, which includes being flexible and adaptable to change. 

  • Strong background in concrete technology.

  • Existing network with concrete cement users.

  • Willingness to travel frequently for client visits and industry events.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients and colleagues.

  • Strong problem-solving skills, thrive on resolving on-site issues with clients, and adopt a pragmatic approach.

  • Admixture technology experience is a strong plus.
